Artist, public speaker, curator, educator and urban flower grower

Cassandra is an artist, public speaker, curator, and urban flower grower. Her passion and dedication to using the garden as a teaching tool pulls together a decade of working in the floral industry as well as public speaking, a handful of years teaching every age and ability, and being a place of rest for those who are going through their journey of change. Her practice embraces a holistic and sustainable approach, carefully selecting materials and reimagining that which seems to be intangible. At the heart of her work lies renewal, rest, and reciprocity, inviting an embodied awareness of life’s interconnectedness.

Laura

Artist and breathwork instructor

Laura is an artist, breathwork instructor, and dedicated individual to helping those work through their toughest moments. Her free spirit inspires others to become more adventurous while her pragmatic side gives others the opportunity to step into becoming more strong-willed and honest.

Teacher, storyteller, writer,
and researcher

Serina is a teacher, storyteller, writer, and researcher with a passion and thirst for growth. She invests her whole heart into helping others connect with themselves and incorporates her knowledge on holistic wellbeing with all her engagements.
