This 3-hr session explores, appreciates, designs with, sketches, and sculpts with this spring beauty in mind.
Enjoy a blend of mixed media, meditation, and leave with a mini sketchbook and hand tied bouquet complete with 12-15 stems of locally grown tulips, from one of Studio 77's urban flower gardens. These are not your average tulips and varieties range from French, fringe, parrot, and double.
The first hour is dedicated to introductions of fresh and dry materials, information on floral design, growing, wrapping, and care. The second and final hour are dedicated to art making, rendering a drawing using a wide variety of materials inspired by what you make.
There will be trays of fresh fruit, cheese, biscotti, and other yummy snacks to enjoy at anytime during the session.
Sure to satisfy any art or flower lover! No experience in designing or drawing is necessary.
