Grab a hot chocolate and a warm cookie and settle in for a cozy afternoon of painting, making, and a little seasonal glow.
In this 2.5-hour workshop, participants will create a small series of original winter cards inspired by the beautiful lights of the season. We’ll begin with loose, expressive watercolour washes before layering in playful linework and luminous details using markers, gel pens, and paint markers.
You’ll learn simple techniques for creating glowing lights, rich winter colour, and those final touches of glitz and shimmer that make each piece feel a little magical. Keep your cards as miniature works of art, frame them, or send them to someone special during the holiday season.
No previous watercolour or art experience is necessary. This workshop is designed to be relaxed, exploratory, and welcoming to beginners.
